Course Credit

Credits earned in the Woodside summer program can be transferred to other schools or applied as 5 units toward the Woodside core program.


Each course is based on a full semester’s worth of study. Studying is intensive and there is a significant amount of homework.


Classes begin in July. Classes are held from 9:00 am until 12:15 pm.

8:30 am                 School opens
9:00 – 10:30 am    English classes
10:30 – 10:45 am  Break
10:45 – 12:15 pm  English classes
12:30 pm               School closes

  • Intensive ESL Program – Intermediate and Advanced Levels

This program is highly recommended for all incoming international students new to Woodside, as well as those returning students who would like to continue their English courses in preparation for the new year. Non-Woodside students are welcome to attend. This program is recommended for any high school aged students learning English as a Second Language.

Course Selection

Students may register without specifying their course level preference as final class assignments are made on the first day of class.

Payment of Registration Deposit and Tuition Balance

Use the form at the right of this page to register for the Intensive ESL Program and pay the non-refundable registration deposit of $300. Full tuition may be paid at the time of registration if you prefer.

After the school has acknowledged your registration, any balance-due payments may be made with the green button below.

Registration Deposit and Tuition
$300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Payment of the registration deposit holds the student’s place in the program and counts toward tuition. The tuition balance of $1,500 must be received by the start of the program.

Your combined registration deposit and tuition totaling $1,800 may be paid at the time of registration if you prefer.
If you pay full tuition at this time, do not pay a separate $300 deposit.

Full tuition must be paid online or by check no later than the first day of class.

Late Charges
Tuition payments received after the first day of class are subject to a $150 late charge. If tuition is not received by the end of the first week of class, the student will be asked to withdraw

Tuition and deposits are not refundable unless a course is cancelled by the school.
